Welcome to Giggle & Grow. By accessing our services, booking a session, or visiting our centre, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and supportive environment for all children and their families.
1. Bookings & Payments
All play sessions, including Baby Sensory, Soft Play, and Messy Play, must be booked in advance through our official website. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your registration.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session start time are eligible for a session credit.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.
• In the event that Giggle & Grow must cancel a session, we will offer a full refund or provide an alternative date.
3. Health & Safety
The safety of our children is our priority. Please do not attend if your child is unwell or showing symptoms of a contagious illness (e.g., fever, rash, or heavy cough). We reserve the right to refuse entry if a child appears unwell.
4. Supervision
Parents and guardians are solely responsible for the supervision of their children at all times while on the premises. Giggle & Grow staff are session facilitators, not childminders. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
5. Clothing & Messy Play
Our sessions often involve messy play and physical activity. Please bring a change of clothes and a towel. While we use non-toxic, child-safe materials, Giggle & Grow is not responsible for any damage or staining to personal clothing or items.
6. Photography & Privacy
To protect the privacy of all families, please only take photos or videos of your own child. Professional photography by our staff for promotional purposes will only be conducted with your explicit written consent.
7. Liability
Giggle & Grow does not accept liability for loss or damage to personal property brought onto the premises. Participation in all play activities is at the attendee's own risk.
